The Code Station Technical Training Center (CSTTC) was created out of the need to adapt to the work environment and our primary objective is to provide long-term sustainable leadership and development solutions for individual and organizational growth and transformation, skills development and advancement of women and youth.

Code Station TTC focuses on technical education as well as leadership and operational training in a business environment where skills programs, short courses are conducted in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the National Skills Development Authority and Bangladesh Technical Education Board.

Code Station TTC conducts leadership and management development programs with critical soft skills needed to ensure successful leadership, which is essential for rural women entrepreneurship, and for small business owners.

In addition to providing technical training, Code Station TTC is working on human resources, industry relations, business planning and consulting, employment, equity management, skills development facilities, and Black Economic Empowerment Consultancy. Code station TTC research is ongoing to address the complexities of soft skills needed to make training relevant in the workplace, not “training for training.”

Code Station focuses on real “on-the-job” experiences as a training aid to its competitors through competitive pricing and the development of unique workshops. Code station TTC provides services through sourcing and training of unemployed people in various occupations under NTVQF. By specializing in the development of organizational culture to empower women and youth for the development of Bangladesh, Code Station hopes to partner with organizations like ILO to ensure the success of their training and development departments
